Ms. Hernández is Specialist in Education and Teacher Training. She was awarded the degree of Ph.D. in Education in 2003; before that, she graduated of the Masters of Science in Early Childhood Education (2001), and the Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (1981). Research lines developed by her are about educational quality assessment, evaluation of the professional performance of the teachers and preschool pedagogy. Her publications are about these topics. At the moment she is Child Care Instructor at Miami Dade College, Hialeah Campus. Dr. Hernandez has worked as a teacher, professor, investigator and educational advisor in some institutions and countries (Cuba, Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico, Venezuela, Russia and USA).
